The optician's shop — the engineer's project required and there, but the data network is letter b and an LED strip has no CE: 2 things missing
The situation
Ottica Mazzanti opens on 3 October in Via San Felice: 238 m², 15 kW three-phase. The project is Studio Varesco & Landi's; Acme did the wiring, the lighting, the emergency lights — and the data network and the cameras too. The client bought the shop-window LED strip online. The owner wants to sign the DiCo before the opening: can he?
The documents
The same files the agent was handed. Open them before you read the rest: the names, addresses and VAT numbers are invented, the structure is not.

What to look for
«Mancano 2 cose» on top. Here the project must be a professional's — commercial premises over 6 kW and 200 m² (art. 5 c. 2 lett. c) — and it is, Ing. Elena Varesco's with her register number: fine. But the data network and the CCTV are letter b, and Acme's visura says letter A only: it cannot declare that part. And line 14 of the materials list, the LED strip bought online, has no CE marking. All 21 readings are within limits (the general RCD is type S: 180 ms within 130–500). The shop is a workplace: INAIL within 30 days is the client's.
