At the quarter's close the studio has the invoices, the regolamento's tables of millesimi and the list of owners. The agent reads the invoices and the tables as printed; the code sends every expense to its table — by the regolamento's article or by the Civil Code —, computes every unit's share to the cent, the tenant's part and who bought or sold mid-period, and checks that the shares add up to the invoices.

A table that does not add up to 1000 is named, never silently used.
