Plan and pack credits share one balance: once a paid plan's monthly credits are spent, runs keep drawing on the packs you have bought. A run whose estimate the balance cannot cover does not start.

What a credit buys
- Model call
- Tokens in and out × the model's own price × a margin — every step of a run that calls a model, whether it reads a document, plans or writes a report.
- Phone minute
- A flat rate per minute, rounded up to the whole minute: telephony, voice and margin. The analysis after the call is metered as model calls.
- Storage
- Not sold in credits: each plan includes file space up to a fixed cap.
Spend controls
Every workspace gets hard limits, not just alerts after the fact.
