Who is behind Agent Flow Bind
Agent Flow Bind is a product in public beta, built and run by Mojtaba Amini (sole proprietor) with the help of a colleague. It is an AI-agent platform with ready-made templates that automate the repetitive document and admin work of Italian and European small and mid-sized businesses.
What it does
Each template is an agent already set up for one specific job: it reads the documents it receives, extracts the data, runs the checks and prepares the result, leaving the approval to a person. Every step is traced, and you pay per run. Today the catalogue holds 30 templates across 9 sectors.
The problem
In small businesses and professional firms, a large part of the day goes into work that repeats: copying delivery notes and invoices, keeping track of deadlines, preparing quotes, expense splits and summaries. It is precise but mechanical work — exactly what an agent can prepare in a person's place.
The mission
To take this work off people's desks without taking control away from whoever signs it off: agents that start from a template, show every step and ask for confirmation before any decision that matters.

Where the data lives
Your documents, results and traces are stored in the EU, on one server in Germany rented from Hetzner. The AI models that do the work belong to providers in the United States: today a run's work and its check are both processed there, and a provider sees the content of the single request it has to process, never your account. How personal data is processed is described, under the GDPR, in the privacy notice.

Mojtaba Amini
Founder
MSc in Data Science from the University of Padova, a background in physics, and years of experience building ERP/MES and automation software for Italian manufacturing companies.
He builds and runs Agent Flow Bind with the help of a colleague.
