The payment order served on 27 August: 1 September is day one, 10 October is a Saturday
The situation
On 28 August Acme Impianti's office forwards to the studio the printout of a PEC received the day before at 16:05, with the «PERVENUTO» stamp and a biro note: Distribuzione Elettrica Secchia's application for six unpaid invoices of electrical material (€27,940.18), payment order no. 2871/2026 of the Tribunale di Modena underneath — pay or oppose within forty days — and the relata. Forty days from 27 August would be 6 October: but the service fell inside the August suspension.
The documents
The same files the agent was handed. Open them before you read the rest: the names, addresses and VAT numbers are invented, the structure is not.
What the agent does
The same four phases as every run, in order. In the console you watch them go by one at a time, with the credits beside them.
- 01DiagnoseReads the input and decides what the job actually is.
- 02AssemblePicks tools, data sources and the model you chose.
- 03ActDoes the work. Anything that leaves the building waits for approval.
- 04AssessChecks its output against your rules before settling credits.
The result
Result being recorded
This scenario is ready, but its real run has not been recorded yet. Until it has, there is nothing to show here: we would rather print one honest line than a fake result.
What to look for
The opposition must be filed by Monday 12 October: the service of 27 August fell inside the August suspension, so the term starts on 1 September (day one), the fortieth day is Saturday 10 October and the deadline moves to the Monday (art. 155 c. 5 c.p.c.). The computation says so step by step; the warning recalls that the matter (ordinary civil) is what triggers the suspension. With the matter «labour» the same order would expire on 6 October.
