The situation
On 23 October the goods Officine Brentella ordered from Rossi Componenti Industriali with order OA-2026-0419 arrive in Castelfranco: nine packages and delivery note 1206/26, two pages, 34 lines with Rossi's codes and ours underneath. The storekeeper signs, writes the reservation on the package with the crushed carton and takes the slip to the office. There the order's export from the ERP is waiting, 35 lines: what actually arrived, what is missing, what differs from the order?

The M8x25 screws arrive as 3 packs of 200, 600 pieces instead of 500 (+100); the 5/2 solenoid valve and the inductive sensor arrive under the substitute codes of confirmation 26/04471, at the ordered quantity; the ISO 6432 cylinders are 4 of 6, the rest by 30/10/2026. The reservation is on line 34, the spray in the package with the crushed carton. The ordered figures come from the ERP export, matched on «Vs. cod.»: the slip has no ordered column. The pressure switch the confirmation dropped is not on the slip. No prices.
