Hydro-Technik Ennstal confirms in German, in two documents: half the hose in KW 44, the rest in KW 47 — read together they are the order, and the cylinders cost less
The situation
On 8 October Officine Brentella ordered twelve hydraulic articles for a press from an Austrian supplier: cylinders, valves, 2SN hose, fittings, O-rings, filters, delivery by 20 November. On the 14th an Auftragsbestätigung confirms nine lines and half the hose for «KW 44»; on the 21st a «Nachtrag» confirms the rest for «KW 47». Nobody in the office reads German well, the O-rings are priced «pro 100 Stk» with «Rabatt 35 %», the hose comes in «Rolle à 50 m»: they need to know whether the whole order is confirmed, and in time.

What to look for
On top «Confermabile» (can be accepted): the two confirmations read together cover all 12 lines. The DN10 hose is 1 roll of 50 m in KW 44 plus 1 in KW 47 = 100 m; KW 47 runs from 16 to 20 November, and Friday the 20th is exactly the requested date: on time. The O-rings at €38.40 per 100 with Rabatt 35 % are the order's €0.2496 a piece, «VE = 10 Stk» is 10 pieces, «30 Tage netto» is the 30-day bank transfer, DAP is DAP. The only difference is in your favour: the 50/30-200 cylinders at the €236.00 tier price instead of €248.00 (−€48.00). The reply is in German: it accepts and asks for that price on the invoice.
