Due dates only: no bank, no log
The situation
The studio also looks after Idraulica Casarini, three people: on 30 September it has only the list of due dates exported from the invoicing app — no bank export, no reminder log, no client e-mails. Inside are a condominium, a private customer, a bar that paid everything but 42.70 € and a law firm the plumber gave 90 days.
The documents
The same files the agent was handed. Open them before you read the rest: the names, addresses and VAT numbers are invented, the structure is not.
What the agent does
The same four phases as every run, in order. In the console you watch them go by one at a time, with the credits beside them.
- 01DiagnoseReads the input and decides what the job actually is.
- 02AssemblePicks tools, data sources and the model you chose.
- 03ActDoes the work. Anything that leaves the building waits for approval.
- 04AssessChecks its output against your rules before settling credits.
The result
Result being recorded
This scenario is ready, but its real run has not been recorded yet. Until it has, there is nothing to show here: we would rather print one honest line than a fake result.
What to look for
With no bank export the first line says so at once: who paid in the last days may still show as open. The first letters follow the days late — a reminder to the gym, formal reminders to whoever is past 30 days —; the Via Libia condominium and Mrs Bertolini are not commercial transactions, so no D.Lgs. 231/2002 interest and no 40 €; the bar's 42.70 € stays below the threshold; the 90 days granted to Studio Legale Carboni are flagged (beyond art. 4's 60 they must be agreed in writing); the drafts with no address say so in the warnings.
