The Saturday job sheet, photographed in the van
The situation
Saturday morning, an urgent on-call job at a dairy near Sasso Marconi. When it is done, Rinaldi photographs the folded job sheet and sends it to the office: he corrected the start time in pen, wrote down the half-hour pause, and then put 4.75 in «Totale ore» without taking it off. On Monday those hours go into the payslip as overtime and onto the customer's invoice.
The documents
The same files the agent was handed. Open them before you read the rest: the names, addresses and VAT numbers are invented, the structure is not.
What the agent does
The same four phases as every run, in order. In the console you watch them go by one at a time, with the credits beside them.
- 01DiagnoseReads the input and decides what the job actually is.
- 02AssemblePicks tools, data sources and the model you chose.
- 03ActDoes the work. Anything that leaves the building waits for approval.
- 04AssessChecks its output against your rules before settling credits.
The result
Result being recorded
This scenario is ready, but its real run has not been recorded yet. Until it has, there is nothing to show here: we would rather print one honest line than a fake result.
What to look for
The calculation says 4.25 hours where the sheet says 4.75: from 08:30 — the time corrected in pen, not the struck 08:00 — to 13:15, less the 30-minute pause. The sheet is named among those to correct («la pausa non era stata tolta»); it being a Saturday, all 4.25 hours are overtime; the sheet is signed and chargeable, so it is invoiced: 4.25 hours at €38/h = €161.50, plus 2 material lines, the cable gland without a code to be priced by hand.
