Monday's open quotes — who to call, who to e-mail, what has expired
The situation
On Monday 28 September at 7:52 Acme Impianti exports the quotes register since 20 July from its management software: 30 rows, accepted and refused quotes mixed with the ones still unanswered, a draft never sent, the total at the bottom.
The documents
The same files the agent was handed. Open them before you read the rest: the names, addresses and VAT numbers are invented, the structure is not.
What the agent does
The same four phases as every run, in order. In the console you watch them go by one at a time, with the credits beside them.
- 01DiagnoseReads the input and decides what the job actually is.
- 02AssemblePicks tools, data sources and the model you chose.
- 03ActDoes the work. Anything that leaves the building waits for approval.
- 04AssessChecks its output against your rules before settling credits.
The result
Result being recorded
This scenario is ready, but its real run has not been recorded yet. Until it has, there is nothing to show here: we would rather print one honest line than a fake result.
What to look for
The first line: 23 open quotes (41 k€): 7 to call, 7 to chase by e-mail, 3 expired. Everything is decided by code, with no model: the age from the date, the validity printed or 30 days, a call from € 3,000 up. The call list opens with Palazzo Santoro's common areas, expiring in 3 days; the draft never sent stays out; every chase and every expired quote has its e-mail ready, and the list comes as a CSV.
