August: nobody paid
The situation
Idraulica Casarini, one of the studio's clients, sends its local bank's CSV — debit, credit and the ABI code, newest first — and the due dates exported from its invoicing app. In August no client paid. There is, though, an insurer's transfer of €1,830.00, the same amount to the cent as Ristorante Da Nello's open invoice: the temptation to close it is strong.
The documents
The same files the agent was handed. Open them before you read the rest: the names, addresses and VAT numbers are invented, the structure is not.
What the agent does
The same four phases as every run, in order. In the console you watch them go by one at a time, with the credits beside them.
- 01DiagnoseReads the input and decides what the job actually is.
- 02AssemblePicks tools, data sources and the model you chose.
- 03ActDoes the work. Anything that leaves the building waits for approval.
- 04AssessChecks its output against your rules before settling credits.
The result
Result being recorded
This scenario is ready, but its real run has not been recorded yet. Until it has, there is nothing to show here: we would rather print one honest line than a fake result.
What to look for
It says so straight away: no collections from clients, 7 overdue invoices for €12,316.50, the oldest Condominio Via Libia 40's at 62 days. The insurer's transfer does not close the restaurant's invoice: it stays among the movements without a document, with the note «stesso importo di FT 78 di Ristorante Da Nello S.n.c., ma paga ASSICURAZIONI EMILIANE SPA: non abbinato» (same amount, a different payer: not matched). No invented match.
