The takeover: a colleague's 15 clients, dates from memory and no contracts
The situation
Walter Gamberini of Elettrica Lame retires and hands his clients over to Acme from 1 October with a list he typed himself: «05/2019», «2020», «primavera 2025», «mai», a changed number, no contracts. Acme wants to know where to start.
The documents
The same files the agent was handed. Open them before you read the rest: the names, addresses and VAT numbers are invented, the structure is not.
What the agent does
The same four phases as every run, in order. In the console you watch them go by one at a time, with the credits beside them.

What to look for
Dr. Cavicchi's surgery has had no verification since May 2019: biennial, overdue since May 2021 — the first to call. Half-written dates stay half-written («maggio 2021», «nel 2025»), «primavera 2025» and «mai» do not become invented dates but questions for the client, and the 10 sites with emergency lights and no contract are proposals for the six-monthly check.
