P2QuotesQuote from a written request, and your open quotes
A quote from a written request — WhatsApp, e-mail, request for quotation
Prices a WhatsApp, an e-mail or an RFQ on your own price list and asks only the two or three questions that change the total, with the reply drafted; every week, the open quotes to call, to e-mail and those expired.
The problem
Requests come in the evening, by WhatsApp or e-mail, written however they come. Before replying you have to work out what the client wants, price it and decide which questions to ask — while the quotes already sent wait without a follow-up.
Who it is for, and when
- Who it is for
- The owner or the estimator of an electrical installer, and the counter of an electrical wholesaler: whoever answers written price requests from customers and contractors every day.
- When
- Every time a price request arrives — a WhatsApp in the evening, an e-mail with a request for an offer, a tender's list — and every Monday for the quotes still unanswered.
What you give it, what you get
You give it
The request as it arrives — the WhatsApp screenshot, the e-mail (.eml), the PDF or the pasted text — and your price list in /price-lists with the pricing rules; for the open quotes, your management software's export in Excel or CSV.
You get
First the priced lines and the total excluding VAT, the questions to ask before sending with what each answer costs, what is not on the list with the reason; the reply in the customer's language and, when nothing is left to ask, the offer as PDF and DOCX. For the register: who to call, who to e-mail, what has expired, with the drafts and a CSV.
How it works, in three steps
- Upload the request or the quotes export
- Read the total and the questions at the top
- Approve the reply and send it to the customer
On its own, in a flow. Connect it to a webhook: every request arrives, is priced and asks for your ok on the reply; the register exported every week reaches you on Monday at 08:00 as the call list with the follow-up drafts.
The rules it applies
In the agent's own words: what it checks and what it never does.
- A single-core cable is never priced as the three-core one
- Only the questions that change the price, with their cost
- Monday's list: quotes to call, to chase, expired
- Every total is recalculated from the lines and compared with the printed one; what cannot be read stays empty and is said in the notes, never invented.

The 22:40 WhatsApp — priced on the price list, with the two questions before replying
On Friday at 22:40 a builder's site manager messages the electrician on WhatsApp: «I need 200 m of FG16 3x2.5, 40 C16 breakers and 12 CEE 16 A sockets for Monday», delivered to the warehouse site in Granarolo. On Saturday morning the electrician uploads the chat's screenshot.
The recorded result

Frequently asked questions
Which questions does it ask the client?
Only the ones that change the price, each with what every answer costs — single-pole or three-pole, for instance, which are never priced the same. The reply is ready, but you send it.
What does it cost, and how long does it take?
Usually 6–13 credits a request (≈ €0.25–0.54) and up to 2 minutes. It depends on the request: more lines cost more; the quotes register is read by code, with no model. The recorded example cost 8 credits in 46 seconds.
Can it run on its own, in a flow?
Connect it to a webhook: every request arrives, is priced and asks for your ok on the reply; the register exported every week reaches you on Monday at 08:00 as the call list with the follow-up drafts.
Who checks what the agent did?
You do — and it takes a minute, not an afternoon. Every run is a trace: the live timeline, each tool call, each document read, the cost per step, the confidence and sources. Actions that leave the building wait for your approval. The platform never sends, never touches a live store, never moves money.
Where does my data live, and how do you handle GDPR?
Your data is stored in the EU, on one server in Germany. The EU/US data-region setting limits which models an agent can be saved with, not where your data is stored. A no-retention mode and a local runner on your own machine are available. Your plan sets how many days your data is kept — you can change it — and when they run out it is deleted automatically. You download each run's results and delete files, agents and connections in the console; an owner deletes the whole workspace and each person their own account from Settings. The “Your data” page names the services that handle your data.
