I2Electrical contractorsDelivery notes (DDT)
Check delivery notes (DDT) against the order, line by line
Reads the supplier's delivery note — photographed on site too — and tells you line by line what arrived, what is short and what is over against the order.
The problem
The wholesaler's delivery note arrives photographed on site, with pen corrections, sometimes five notes in one file. Checking it line by line against the order, before booking it, is manual work.
Who it is for, and when
- Who it is for
- The clerk or storeman of an electrical contractor, and the site foreman who signs and photographs the wholesaler's delivery notes.
- When
- Every time goods arrive, on site or at the warehouse: several times a week, one note at a time or five in one scan.
What you give it, what you get
You give it
The photo or PDF of the delivery note — several notes in one scan too — and, if you have it, the purchase order as PDF, CSV or Excel.
You get
On top, the outcome — complete or partial, the differences, the reservations, who signed; then ordered against delivered line by line, what to chase, and the CSV of the lines for the goods-receipt import.
How it works, in three steps
- Upload the note and, if you have it, the order
- Read the differences and reservations on top
- Download the CSV for the stock entry, forward the differences to the supplier
On its own, in a flow. Connect it to a webhook: every note is read against the order; you get a «chase to forward» only for those with differences, reservations or no signature, the rest as ready to book.
The rules it applies
In the agent's own words: what it checks and what it never does.
- PDFs, scans and phone photos, pen corrections included
- Ordered against delivered line by line, differences first
- One record per note, even when you scan five together
- Every total is recalculated from the lines and compared with the printed one; what cannot be read stays empty and is said in the notes, never invented.

The delivery note, photographed on site
The site foreman signs the wholesaler's delivery note and photographs it from the van. The office has to tell purchasing what actually arrived against order OA-2026-0311 — two lines short, one over, one package under reservation — and what to chase the supplier for.
The recorded result
Document read.

Frequently asked questions
Does it read a photographed note, or one corrected by hand?
Yes: PDFs, scans and phone photos, pen corrections included, and several notes in one file — one record per note. What cannot be read stays empty and is said in the notes, never invented.
What does it cost, and how long does it take?
Usually 28–57 credits a delivery note (≈ €1.16–2.35) and 5–10 minutes. It depends on the document: a skewed photo, handwritten corrections or several notes in one scan cost more. The recorded example cost 38 credits in about 6 minutes.
Can it run on its own, in a flow?
Connect it to a webhook: every note is read against the order; you get a «chase to forward» only for those with differences, reservations or no signature, the rest as ready to book.
Who checks what the agent did?
You do — and it takes a minute, not an afternoon. Every run is a trace: the live timeline, each tool call, each document read, the cost per step, the confidence and sources. Actions that leave the building wait for your approval. The platform never sends, never touches a live store, never moves money.
Where does my data live, and how do you handle GDPR?
Your data is stored in the EU, on one server in Germany. The EU/US data-region setting limits which models an agent can be saved with, not where your data is stored. A no-retention mode and a local runner on your own machine are available. Your plan sets how many days your data is kept — you can change it — and when they run out it is deleted automatically. You download each run's results and delete files, agents and connections in the console; an owner deletes the whole workspace and each person their own account from Settings. The “Your data” page names the services that handle your data.
