The situation
It is 16 September: Acme Impianti has finished rewiring the Gualandi flat. The office has the job sheet from the management software, the visura, Ing. Colombo's schema S-117, the exported materials list, three job sheets and the test report. The DiCo used to be filled by hand from six documents; now they need to know whether it can be signed, and have it ready in Word.
The documents
The same files the agent was handed. Open them before you read the rest: the names, addresses and VAT numbers are invented, the structure is not.

What to look for
«Pronta da firmare» on top. The code says why no engineer is needed — a dwelling within 6 kW and 400 m² (art. 5 c. 2 lett. a) — and that the responsible technician's schema is the project (art. 7 c. 2); the report's 18 readings checked one by one against the CEI 64-8 limits (the lowest, 220 MΩ on the bathroom; earth 38 Ω against 1,667); the visura's letter A covers every lavorazione; the five attachments, with the materials report written from the list. Beside it, the DiCo filled field by field with the document each value comes from, the Word and PDF draft, and the town-hall (SUE) deposit by 15 October.
