The writ with the hearing on 26 January: defence and 171-ter briefs, brought forward off the Epiphany and a Saturday
The situation
On Monday 21 September at 16:12 Acme Impianti's PEC receives lawyer Serra's notification for the «Parco dei Tigli» condominium: the writ of summons for the defects of the building's electrical system (€24,600 and the never delivered declaration of conformity), the power of attorney and the relata, all signed .p7m; first hearing on 26 January 2027. Acme forwards it to the studio: the statement of defence and the three integrative briefs are due, counted backward from the hearing.
The documents
The same files the agent was handed. Open them before you read the rest: the names, addresses and VAT numbers are invented, the structure is not.
What the agent does
The same four phases as every run, in order. In the console you watch them go by one at a time, with the credits beside them.
- 01DiagnoseReads the input and decides what the job actually is.
- 02AssemblePicks tools, data sources and the model you chose.
- 03ActDoes the work. Anything that leaves the building waits for approval.
- 04AssessChecks its output against your rules before settling credits.
The result
Result being recorded
This scenario is ready, but its real run has not been recorded yet. Until it has, there is nothing to show here: we would rather print one honest line than a fake result.
What to look for
Four backward terms from the hearing of 26 January 2027, each with its computation: statement of defence by 17 November (70 days, art. 166); first brief on 17 December; the second would fall on 6 January, the Epiphany, and is brought forward to the 5th; the third would fall on Saturday 16 and is brought forward to Friday 15 — a backward term is never moved on to the Monday (Cass. lav. no. 21992/2026). The time-to-appear check says 126 free days, over the 120 of art. 163-bis. The acts were all .p7m: opened and read.
