The month-end deferred invoice, thirty-six lines over three delivery notes
The situation
On 30 June the supplier issues the month's deferred invoice: thirty-six lines covering three delivery notes, with 22% and 10% bands beside a reverse-charge band at zero, nine line discounts already applied and three instalments. Booking it means not applying the discounts twice and not mistaking the first instalment for the total.
The documents
The same files the agent was handed. Open them before you read the rest: the names, addresses and VAT numbers are invented, the structure is not.
What the agent does
The same four phases as every run, in order. In the console you watch them go by one at a time, with the credits beside them.

- 03ActDoes the work. Anything that leaves the building waits for approval.

Result being recorded
This scenario is ready, but its real run has not been recorded yet. Until it has, there is nothing to show here: we would rather print one honest line than a fake result.
What to look for
Twenty-eight lines at 22 % from three delivery notes, with line discounts and a +0.26 rounding: the figures add up to 18,557.00 €. The payment is three RiBa (6,185.66 + 6,185.66 + 6,185.68) and the deferred invoice names the three delivery notes it sums up, each with its lines.
