The subcontractor's folder before Monday
The situation
On Friday evening Murature Idice's folder arrives; on Monday the firm is due in block D of Palazzo Santoro for chasing and builder's work: fourteen sheets of chamber-of-commerce extract, DURC, risk assessment, site safety plan, list of workers, training certificates, appointments and declarations. Before Monday the main contractor's technical office has to decide whether the firm may start.
The documents
The same files the agent was handed. Open them before you read the rest: the names, addresses and VAT numbers are invented, the structure is not.
What the agent does
The same four phases as every run, in order. In the console you watch them go by one at a time, with the credits beside them.
- 01DiagnoseReads the input and decides what the job actually is.
- 02AssemblePicks tools, data sources and the model you chose.
- 03ActDoes the work. Anything that leaves the building waits for approval.
- 04AssessChecks its output against your rules before settling credits.
The result
Result being recorded
This scenario is ready, but its real run has not been recorded yet. Until it has, there is nothing to show here: we would rather print one honest line than a fake result.
What to look for
First line: Murature Idice may not start on site — DURC lapsed on 12/09 (requested on 15/05: 120 days), site safety plan unsigned, 3 of 5 workers without training certificates. Then the five workers one by one (Bonetti in order as preposto and fire warden too, Ferrante as first-aider; Bonetti's fitness certificate runs out on 15/10: to renew, not blocking), the Annex XVII checklist with the provision beside every line, and the e-mail to the firm asking for what is missing, ready to send.
