The management software's export — five due dates computed at five years where the law says two
The situation
Elettrica Savena exports its 24 installations from its management software: a CSV with «;» separators, dd/mm/yyyy dates and a «Scadenza verifica» column the software computes by itself at five years for everyone — the dentist, the physiotherapy practice, the testing lab, the nursery school and the building site included. The owner wants to know whether that column can be trusted.
The documents
The same files the agent was handed. Open them before you read the rest: the names, addresses and VAT numbers are invented, the structure is not.
What the agent does
The same four phases as every run, in order. In the console you watch them go by one at a time, with the credits beside them.
- 01DiagnoseReads the input and decides what the job actually is.
- 02AssemblePicks tools, data sources and the model you chose.
- 03ActDoes the work. Anything that leaves the building waits for approval.
- 04AssessChecks its output against your rules before settling credits.
The result
Result being recorded
This scenario is ready, but its real run has not been recorded yet. Until it has, there is nothing to show here: we would rather print one honest line than a fake result.
What to look for
The software is wrong five times: the Marchi dental studio, biennial by law, went overdue on 12 March while the software says 2029; the building site went overdue on 10 September; the physiotherapy, the testing lab and the nursery school fall due between October and November, not in 2029. The first line says so («5 scadenze del foglio da correggere»), and the differences are listed one per row with the legal date beside them.
