The situation
It is 2 October. Officine Brentella, which builds packaging machines in Castelfranco Veneto, has ordered eight articles from Trasmissioni Padane for the November batch: bearings, chains, belts, four gearboxes, the couplings. The confirmation arrives by e-mail with the lines in the supplier's code order and a clause at the bottom: accepted unless contested within three days. Laura, in purchasing, needs to know at once whether it is fine or what to write to the supplier.
