Back from the holidays: 25 PEC messages since 20 July — a signed .p7m cartella delivered on a Monday, two messages on one debt, a 21:43 injunction, a fake «refund»
The situation
The accountant asks Acme Impianti whether anything arrived over the summer. The PEC box holds 25 messages since 20 July: tax notices and a cartella, INPS and INAIL, the Chamber of Commerce, an injunction, suppliers, the SdI, advertising and a message asking for bank details for a VAT refund. Giulia exports it all as one ZIP: she needs the real deadlines, who follows them and what to pay this week, without counting one debt twice.
The documents
The same files the agent was handed. Open them before you read the rest: the names, addresses and VAT numbers are invented, the structure is not.

«4 cose da fare questa settimana» (4 things to do this week): the SdI rejection of invoice 00244 by 6/10, the dedicated account the City asks for by 8/10, Valle Reno's formal demand (€4,898.60) by 9/10, Bulloneria Felsinea's invoice on 10/10. The cartella was composed on Friday 18/09 at 23:58 but certified on Monday 21/09: the 60 days run from the 21st and end on 20/11, not the 17th; its signed .p7m PDF is opened. The avviso bonario of 27 July, suspended from 1 August to 4 September, is due on 30/10. Valle Reno's reminder and its lawyer's demand cite the same two invoices: one debt, counted once. The injunction delivered at 21:43 on 24/09 counts as served on the 25th: opposition by 4/11, for the lawyer. The «VAT refund» from a domain that is not the Agency's is flagged as suspicious.
