The situation
At half past one there is nobody in the accounts office, and the customer who found an invoice amount different from the order's rings. The assistant cannot open the invoice, but it can take the number, the contact and the reason, so that at two o'clock whoever comes back finds it all already written down.

What to look for
The record says what was needed and what is still to be done: the invoice number is taken, the callback number was read back before it went on the record, and checking the amount is written down as a task for a person, not as something settled on the phone.
