I1Electrical contractorsBill of materials for the wholesaler
From the panel builder's parts list to the wholesaler's order
From the panel builder's list, a manual or a photocopy to the order: both codes, the boxes, the questions.
The problem
The parts list comes from the panel builder, a manual or a site photocopy. Copying it into an order with both the manufacturer's and the wholesaler's code, rounding to packs and deciphering ratings under the toner is manual work.
Who it is for, and when
- Who it is for
- The purchasing office or the owner of an electrical contractor, and the maintenance technician ordering spares.
- When
- Before every order to the wholesaler: when the panel builder's parts list, a manual with its spares or the site's «visto per ordine» photocopy arrives.
What you give it, what you get
You give it
The parts list, the manual or a photo of the photocopy (PDF or image); in Knowledge, your wholesaler's price list, Excel or CSV with their code, the manufacturer's code and the order multiple.
You get
The first line with rows, codes and questions; the list with the manufacturer's and the wholesaler's code and the quantity to order; the order file in Excel and CSV; the e-mail draft.
How it works, in three steps
- Upload the documents and name the wholesaler
- Answer the questions on top, if any
- Download the order file or send the e-mail draft
On its own, in a flow. Connect it to a webhook: when no question is left it asks for your approval and sends you the order draft; otherwise it sends you the questions to settle.
The rules it applies
In the agent's own words: what it checks and what it never does.
- Maker's and wholesaler's codes, never invented
- Quantities rounded up to your wholesaler's boxes and coils
- Unreadable ratings asked, never guessed
- Every total is recalculated from the lines and compared with the printed one; what cannot be read stays empty and is said in the notes, never invented.

The panel builder's parts list, ready for the wholesaler
The panel builder sends the sheets for the shop's main board: the exploded view of the enclosure with numbered balloons, the front with the tags, the parts list with the manufacturers' codes and the dimensional drawings of the articles. Purchasing has to hand Rossi Componenti an orderable list: box, frame, plates and door are already included in the enclosure, two rows have no code and terminals are sold by the box.
The recorded result

Frequently asked questions
What does it do with an unreadable rating?
It turns it into a question, not an item: manufacturer and wholesaler codes are never invented. When no question is left, it asks for your approval and sends you the draft order.
What does it cost, and how long does it take?
Usually 21–44 credits a parts list (≈ €0.87–1.82) and 2–4 minutes. It depends on the document: more sheets and more lines cost more; a photo costs about what a PDF does. The recorded example cost 29 credits in about 3 minutes.
Can it run on its own, in a flow?
Connect it to a webhook: when no question is left it asks for your approval and sends you the order draft; otherwise it sends you the questions to settle.
Who checks what the agent did?
You do — and it takes a minute, not an afternoon. Every run is a trace: the live timeline, each tool call, each document read, the cost per step, the confidence and sources. Actions that leave the building wait for your approval. The platform never sends, never touches a live store, never moves money.
Where does my data live, and how do you handle GDPR?
Your data is stored in the EU, on one server in Germany. The EU/US data-region setting limits which models an agent can be saved with, not where your data is stored. A no-retention mode and a local runner on your own machine are available. Your plan sets how many days your data is kept — you can change it — and when they run out it is deleted automatically. You download each run's results and delete files, agents and connections in the console; an owner deletes the whole workspace and each person their own account from Settings. The “Your data” page names the services that handle your data.
