Thursday's survey is confirmed

The situation

The day before every survey somebody has to ring the customer to find out whether the appointment holds, and it is twenty identical calls. This one holds: the customer will be there, the time suits, and nothing is left for anybody to do.

The call

The script of the call, turn by turn, including the moment the assistant reaches for a tool. No number is ever dialled.

What the agent does

The same four phases as every run, in order. In the console you watch them go by one at a time, with the credits beside them.

The record it files afterwards

What to look for

The assistant first checks it is speaking to the right person and only then says what the call is about: the date, the time and the reference are read as the record holds them, not paraphrased, so a wrong record would show up at once. The follow-ups stay empty, and that is the correct answer.
