The faded receipt photographed at the bar

The situation

A technician on a trip to Modena photographs the receipt of a working breakfast on the café table and sends it on WhatsApp: a thermal print already fading, the lamp's glare on one VAT letter, the customer's tax code printed underneath, «Importo pagato 20,00» and «Resto 6,30» next to the total. An expense report of a single receipt, and every misleading number is on it.

The documents

The same files the agent was handed. Open them before you read the rest: the names, addresses and VAT numbers are invented, the structure is not.

What the agent does

The same four phases as every run, in order. In the console you watch them go by one at a time, with the credits beside them.

  1. 01DiagnoseReads the input and decides what the job actually is.
  2. 02AssemblePicks tools, data sources and the model you chose.
  3. 03ActDoes the work. Anything that leaves the building waits for approval.
  4. 04AssessChecks its output against your rules before settling credits.

The result

Result being recorded

This scenario is ready, but its real run has not been recorded yet. Until it has, there is nothing to show here: we would rather print one honest line than a fake result.

What to look for

The total is €13.70, the TOTALE COMPLESSIVO — not the €20.00 handed over nor the €6.30 change; the document number is 0031-0117, not the RT serial nor the customer's tax code. Paid in cash in Italy: the refund goes on the payslip, taxed. The nine rows, discount and rounding included, add up to the total.
