April on camt.053, from where March stopped
The situation
In April the bank sends the statement as camt.053, the ISO 20022 XML Italian banks deliver through CBI. The accountants put it in a ZIP with the 17 items still open after March's reconciliation — the CSV that run wrote — and April's invoices downloaded from the tax portal as XML. The municipality pays an invoice under split payment, a RiBa batch arrives as one entry carrying its bills, Edil Casa Reno pays the returned bill plus its costs, a new client sends an advance with no invoice.
The documents
The same files the agent was handed. Open them before you read the rest: the names, addresses and VAT numbers are invented, the structure is not.
What the agent does
The same four phases as every run, in order. In the console you watch them go by one at a time, with the credits beside them.
- 01DiagnoseReads the input and decides what the job actually is.
- 02AssemblePicks tools, data sources and the model you chose.
- 03ActDoes the work. Anything that leaves the building waits for approval.
- 04AssessChecks its output against your rules before settling credits.
The result
Result being recorded
This scenario is ready, but its real run has not been recorded yet. Until it has, there is nothing to show here: we would rather print one honest line than a fake result.
What to look for
The monthly loop closing: 14 invoices collected, 3 truly unpaid for €5,001.60 (Market Borgo Panigale is still there, now 132 days late). The municipality of Borgo Lavino pays €4,920.00 against a €6,002.40 invoice: matched, noting it is the net amount (the municipality pays the VAT itself). Santoro settles FT 34 after March's advance, and the line says so. Batch no. 5 breaks down into its three camt.053 lines. Ediltecnica Samoggia's advance stays without a document: it must be invoiced on receipt.
