P1QuotesQuote from the drawing, with your price list
An electrical quote from the drawing, priced on your own list
Counts the drawing and prices it on your own price list: priced lines, off-list items apart, the offer as PDF and DOCX.
The problem
Counting sockets, light points and components across six drawings, finding each in the price list and writing the offer takes an evening. And a misread — a 32 A CEE priced as a 16 A — ends up in the total.
Who it is for, and when
- Who it is for
- The owner or estimator of an electrical contractor with 3 to 15 people, who receives drawings and sketches from design firms, surveyors and clients.
- When
- Every time a request for a quote arrives with a drawing to answer within the week: several times a month, and today it takes 2–4 hours of counting symbols and retyping the price list.
What you give it, what you get
You give it
The sheets as PDF or photos — floor plan, single-line diagram, board front, sketch — with the customer and the exclusions; your price list in Price lists, with labour, markup and VAT.
You get
On top, the total before VAT, the items and how many are off-list; the priced lines, the off-list items with their reason, the declared assumptions and the offer on your letterhead as PDF and DOCX, with Exclusions and Terms.
How it works, in three steps
- Upload the sheets and give the customer and exclusions
- Check the total and what is off-list on top
- Download the offer as PDF or DOCX, or approve sending it to the customer
On its own, in a flow. Connect it to the quote-request form or a webhook: the drawing arrives, the offer is ready, and it goes to the customer only after you approve.
The rules it applies
In the agent's own words: what it checks and what it never does.
- Every price from your own list: a CEE 32 A is never a 16 A
- Material, labour, VAT and rounding in cents, never estimated
- Your letterhead, exclusions and terms — sent after approval
- Every total is recalculated from the lines and compared with the printed one; what cannot be read stays empty and is said in the notes, never invented.

The full project: six sheets, one offer — and three articles the price list lacks
The design studio sends the construction drawings for block C of Palazzo Santoro — a shop with its workshop and a flat — and the client wants the offer by Friday. Six A3 sheets: legend, two floor plans with a point table per room, the single-line diagrams of the main board and the flat's board, the board front. In revision B the oven's 32 A CEE socket was moved and the old one is struck through inside the cloud, the landing lights hang on a circuit of the board downstairs, some rooms have no sockets and the legend lists six exclusions. The price list has no 32 A CEE socket, no presence detectors and no data outlets.

Frequently asked questions
What if an item in the drawing is not in my price list?
It doesn't invent a price: it sets the item apart, among the lines not on the list, for you to decide. Every price in the offer comes from the list you upload, and the offer goes to the client only after your approval.
What does it cost, and how long does it take?
Usually 20–42 credits a sheet (≈ €0.83–1.73) and 2–5 minutes. It depends on the drawing: a project of several sheets costs more, about one reading per sheet. The recorded example cost 27 credits in about 3 minutes.
Can it run on its own, in a flow?
Connect it to the quote-request form or a webhook: the drawing arrives, the offer is ready, and it goes to the customer only after you approve.
Who checks what the agent did?
You do — and it takes a minute, not an afternoon. Every run is a trace: the live timeline, each tool call, each document read, the cost per step, the confidence and sources. Actions that leave the building wait for your approval. The platform never sends, never touches a live store, never moves money.
Where does my data live, and how do you handle GDPR?
Your data is stored in the EU, on one server in Germany. The EU/US data-region setting limits which models an agent can be saved with, not where your data is stored. A no-retention mode and a local runner on your own machine are available. Your plan sets how many days your data is kept — you can change it — and when they run out it is deleted automatically. You download each run's results and delete files, agents and connections in the console; an owner deletes the whole workspace and each person their own account from Settings. The “Your data” page names the services that handle your data.
