P4QuotesSupplier's new price list
Update your price list when the supplier sends a new one
Applies a manufacturer's or wholesaler's new price list to yours: new costs through your discount classes, discontinued items, prices below margin, quotes to redo.
The problem
When a manufacturer or wholesaler changes its list, every cost in yours has to be recalculated with your discount classes and mark-up — and open quotes can slip below margin without anyone noticing.
Who it is for, and when
- Who it is for
- The purchasing office or the owner of an electrical contractor — and whoever keeps the price list in the management software for the estimator who uses it every day.
- When
- Twice a year for every brand, when "the new list from 1 October" arrives, and whenever a wholesaler changes prices or discount classes: today, two days of Excel.
What you give it, what you get
You give it
The supplier's new list (Excel, CSV or PDF) and, if you have them, your own list exported from the management software and the open quotes' lines; your discount classes in the field.
You get
The first line (matched, average change, discontinued, below margin, quotes to redo), the Excel report article by article, the updated list in the import format and the quotes to redo with what to recover.
How it works, in three steps
- Upload the new list, your list and the open quotes, with your discount classes
- Read what changes at the top and check the discontinued items and the rows below margin
- Approve and import the updated list; redo the quotes flagged
On its own, in a flow. Connect it to the folder where you save the suppliers' lists: when the new one lands the update is ready, you approve and receive the file to import — nothing is imported by itself.
The rules it applies
In the agent's own words: what it checks and what it never does.
- Spreadsheets read by column, never by a model
- Your discount classes, your markup, in cents
- The import file waits for your approval
- Every total is recalculated from the lines and compared with the printed one; what cannot be read stays empty and is said in the notes, never invented.

Arvani's list from 1 October, as Excel, against your price list and open quotes
Arvani Elettrotecnica sends its price list 2026/2, in force from 1 October: 454 rows in Excel with discount class, EAN, new and discontinued items. Acme Impianti has 300 articles in its gestionale (240 of them Arvani) and 13 open quotes: before Monday it wants to know what costs more, what disappears and which quotes to redo.
The recorded result
235 codici su 240 abbinati · +3,5 % medio · 12 fuori produzione (2 in preventivi aperti) · 17 righe sotto margine · listino aggiornato pronto (15 da confermare) · 4 preventivi da rifare

Frequently asked questions
Is the updated list imported into my software automatically?
No: the import file waits for your OK. The agent prepares the change report, the updated list and the quotes to redo; Excel and CSV are read by column, never by a model.
What does it cost, and how long does it take?
Usually 15–31 credits a price list (≈ €0.62–1.28) and 2–4 minutes. It depends on the format: code reads an Excel or a CSV, a long PDF costs more. The recorded example cost 20 credits in about 2 minutes.
Can it run on its own, in a flow?
Connect it to the folder where you save the suppliers' lists: when the new one lands the update is ready, you approve and receive the file to import — nothing is imported by itself.
Who checks what the agent did?
You do — and it takes a minute, not an afternoon. Every run is a trace: the live timeline, each tool call, each document read, the cost per step, the confidence and sources. Actions that leave the building wait for your approval. The platform never sends, never touches a live store, never moves money.
Where does my data live, and how do you handle GDPR?
Your data is stored in the EU, on one server in Germany. The EU/US data-region setting limits which models an agent can be saved with, not where your data is stored. A no-retention mode and a local runner on your own machine are available. Your plan sets how many days your data is kept — you can change it — and when they run out it is deleted automatically. You download each run's results and delete files, agents and connections in the console; an owner deletes the whole workspace and each person their own account from Settings. The “Your data” page names the services that handle your data.
