P3QuotesSupplier offer comparison
Compare wholesalers' offers line by line against your parts list
Compares two to five wholesalers' offers line by line against your parts list: who is cheaper, what is missing, the split order.
The problem
Three wholesalers, three formats: chained discounts, coils against metres, prices per 100, different codes for the same item. The cheapest offer in total may not include everything you need.
Who it is for, and when
- Who it is for
- The buyer or the owner of an electrical installer or a building contractor — and the estimator who has to choose whom to order from.
- When
- Whenever a parts list comes back priced by two or more wholesalers: several times a month, before every site order, often with one afternoon to decide.
What you give it, what you get
You give it
The parts list (Excel, CSV or PDF) and one to five suppliers' offers: the PDF from their system, the Excel export, a photo of the printout.
You get
The decision table (total, missing lines, delivery, validity), the split order with its saving and assumptions, the line-by-line comparison, the equivalents to confirm, the sheet as Excel and CSV, an order draft per supplier.
How it works, in three steps
- Upload the parts list and the offers, with the date you need the material
- Read at the top who is cheaper, what is missing and how much splitting saves
- Confirm the equivalents and approve the order drafts
On its own, in a flow. In a flow the offers arrive by webhook: the comparison is ready, you approve, and you receive the order drafts for each supplier — no order leaves on its own.
The rules it applies
In the agent's own words: what it checks and what it never does.
- Discount chains, coils and per-100 prices in cents
- Bticino ↔ Vimar equivalents flagged, never equal
- The split order that pays; orders only after your ok
- Every total is recalculated from the lines and compared with the printed one; what cannot be read stays empty and is said in the notes, never invented.

Three offers for Palazzo Santoro — the cheapest lacks the board and arrives late
Acme Impianti's purchasing office sent the Palazzo Santoro parts list (17 lines) to three wholesalers and has one afternoon to order: Rossi answers with a PDF at list price with discounts by class, Padane with its system's Excel in coils and packs, Ducali with a photo of the printout. The material is needed on site by 9 October.
The recorded result
Rossi Componenti Industriali €4,918.95 · ELETTROFORNITURE PADANE €4,976.34 · FORNITURE DUCALI €4,761.69 but quadro QG-1 missing and delivery in 15 days · split order €4,681.05 (−4.8%) · 2 lines with an equivalent article to confirm

Frequently asked questions
How does it treat equivalent items from different brands?
It proposes them as equivalents to confirm — Bticino and Vimar, for instance — never as identical. Chained discounts, coils and prices per 100 are worked out in cents, and no order goes out without your OK.
What does it cost, and how long does it take?
Usually 13–27 credits for the parts list and three offers (≈ €0.54–1.11) and 1–3 minutes. It depends on the documents: each extra offer is one more reading. The recorded example cost 18 credits in 86 seconds.
Can it run on its own, in a flow?
In a flow the offers arrive by webhook: the comparison is ready, you approve, and you receive the order drafts for each supplier — no order leaves on its own.
Who checks what the agent did?
You do — and it takes a minute, not an afternoon. Every run is a trace: the live timeline, each tool call, each document read, the cost per step, the confidence and sources. Actions that leave the building wait for your approval. The platform never sends, never touches a live store, never moves money.
Where does my data live, and how do you handle GDPR?
Your data is stored in the EU, on one server in Germany. The EU/US data-region setting limits which models an agent can be saved with, not where your data is stored. A no-retention mode and a local runner on your own machine are available. Your plan sets how many days your data is kept — you can change it — and when they run out it is deleted automatically. You download each run's results and delete files, agents and connections in the console; an owner deletes the whole workspace and each person their own account from Settings. The “Your data” page names the services that handle your data.
