The situation
Via del Pratello 77: ten flats, no lift, a regolamento of 1987. The tables are the photo of the typed page the administrator keeps in the file; the unit register says flat 6 was sold on 12 May, with the notary's notice. The second quarter has five invoices, but June's electricity bill covers July too.

The split is computed anyway on the table's own sum, so the shares still add up to the expenses. Of the 1/6–31/7 bill, 30 days of 61 count: €91.64, and €94.70 go to the next quarter.
