The stamped expense claim against its receipts
The situation
Stefano Rinaldi filled in the expense claim form for two days in Parma and Piacenza with his own car: eight rows, 312 km at the ACI rate, a €100 advance already received; the office stamped it and scanned it with the receipts taped behind and the hotel's invoice. The form's footer prints the policy: meals at most €30 a head, lodging €110 a night, no fuel refunded with your own car. The dinner for two with the client's site manager came to €86; the toll was paid with his personal Telepass, no receipt.
The documents
The same files the agent was handed. Open them before you read the rest: the names, addresses and VAT numbers are invented, the structure is not.
What the agent does
The same four phases as every run, in order. In the console you watch them go by one at a time, with the credits beside them.
- 01DiagnoseReads the input and decides what the job actually is.
- 02AssemblePicks tools, data sources and the model you chose.
- 03ActDoes the work. Anything that leaves the building waits for approval.
- 04AssessChecks its output against your rules before settling credits.
The result
Result being recorded
This scenario is ready, but its real run has not been recorded yet. Until it has, there is nothing to show here: we would rather print one honest line than a fake result.
What to look for
First, what to reimburse in fact: €225.47 (€325.47 less the €100.00 advance), not the €316.97 the employee wrote. Why: the dinner for two is cut to 2 × €30.00 = €60.00 (€26.00 over the cap), fuel is not refunded with your own car (€52.40, the rule printed in the form's footer), the toll has no receipt and stays to be clarified (€13.10). Of the €37.60 paid in cash in Italy — breakfast, lunch, the service area — the refund goes on the payslip, taxed. The km: 312 × 0.4137 = €129.07, tax-free. Every row of the claim matched to its receipt.
