L4Law firmsDebt recovery dossier
The payment-order dossier, ready for the lawyer
Builds the dossier the lawyer files for a payment order: each invoice against its signed delivery note and the bank, the interest to the day, the evidence the court asks for and what is missing, the court, the formal notice as a PEC draft.
The problem
When a debt goes to the lawyer the evidence must be in order: every invoice with its signed delivery note and the bank record, the interest, the competent court. If the certified ledger extract is missing, better to know before the lawyer asks.
Who it is for, and when
- Who it is for
- The lawyer in a firm of one to five who is handed a debt to recover, the accounts office that gets it ready, and the property manager with owners in arrears.
- When
- When a client does not pay even after the formal notice and the debt goes to the lawyer — usually after the month-end round of reminders.
What you give it, what you get
You give it
The invoices' XML (the portal's ZIP with the SdI receipts will do), the scans of the signed delivery notes, the contract or signed quote, the PECs of the reminders and replies, the bank export; for a condominium the owner's statement and the minutes.
You get
The first line with the claim, the interest, the evidence and the court; the invoices checked against delivery notes and bank; the evidence index with what is missing; the lawyer's checklist; the notice as a draft (.eml, Word, PDF) and the dossier as a PDF.
How it works, in three steps
- Upload the debtor's documents
- Read which evidence is missing and which court
- Approve the notice and hand the dossier to the lawyer
On its own, in a flow. Connect it to the «Recupero crediti» flow: when the reminder round hands a client to the lawyer, you upload their files and get the dossier and the notice to approve.
The rules it applies
In the agent's own words: what it checks and what it never does.
- Each invoice against its signed DDT and the bank
- The missing estratto autentico named before the lawyer asks
- Court, interest and notice by code; never sent, never filed
- Read-and-recommend only. The agent never moves money.

Ediltecnica Cavazza goes to the lawyer: 3 invoices, 18,420 €, the certified extract missing
On Tuesday 29 September Acme Impianti's reminder round hands Ediltecnica Cavazza to the lawyer: three deferred invoices for the Parco Navile site, 18,420 € overdue since 31 May, a formal notice by PEC of 4 August left unanswered. On the 30th the accounts office uploads what it has: the ZIP of the invoices with the SdI receipts, the delivery notes signed by the site foreman and scanned back, the contract, the PEC receipt of the notice, July's PEC in which Cavazza promised to pay, the bank export and the reminder log. The lawyer wants to know one thing: can we ask for a payment order, and where?
The recorded result

Frequently asked questions
Does it file or send anything?
No: court, interest and demand letter are prepared by code, but nothing is sent or filed. The lawyer receives the dossier with the evidence checklist, including what is missing.
What does it cost, and how long does it take?
Usually 14–29 credits a dossier (≈ €0.58–1.20) and 1–3 minutes. It depends on the dossier: more scans and letters to read cost more; interest, evidence and court are computed by code. The recorded example cost 19 credits in about 2 minutes.
Can it run on its own, in a flow?
Connect it to the «Recupero crediti» flow: when the reminder round hands a client to the lawyer, you upload their files and get the dossier and the notice to approve.
Who checks what the agent did?
You do — and it takes a minute, not an afternoon. Every run is a trace: the live timeline, each tool call, each document read, the cost per step, the confidence and sources. Actions that leave the building wait for your approval. The platform never sends, never touches a live store, never moves money.
Where does my data live, and how do you handle GDPR?
Your data is stored in the EU, on one server in Germany. The EU/US data-region setting limits which models an agent can be saved with, not where your data is stored. A no-retention mode and a local runner on your own machine are available. Your plan sets how many days your data is kept — you can change it — and when they run out it is deleted automatically. You download each run's results and delete files, agents and connections in the console; an owner deletes the whole workspace and each person their own account from Settings. The “Your data” page names the services that handle your data.
