I7Electrical contractorsDeclaration of conformity (D.M. 37/08)
Draft the declaration of conformity (D.M. 37/08) from the job's documents
At the end of a job it writes the DiCo on the ministerial model from the job's documents, every field with its source, and tells you whether it is ready to sign or what is missing: the engineer's project, a letter outside your qualification, a reading out of limits, a material without CE.
The problem
At the end of a job the declaration is filled in by hand or in a Word file copied from last time. Is the engineer's project required? Do the qualification letters cover the work? Are the tests within limits, does every material carry CE? These are questions to ask before signing.
Who it is for, and when
- Who it is for
- The owner or the office of an electrical installation firm, 1 to 30 people, who at the end of every job fills the DiCo by hand or in a Word template, copying from five documents.
- When
- The day the work and the tests end, before the client gets the keys or the shop opens; for a partial redo, before the condominium or the landlord asks for it.
What you give it, what you get
You give it
The job's documents as you have them: the visura with the qualifications, the management software's job sheet, the project or the schema, the materials list in Excel or CSV, the job reports, the test report, the photo of the previous DiCo.
You get
The verdict on top, the gaps as cards with their rule and what to do, the DiCo filled field by field with the document it comes from, the materials report written from the list, the readings against their limits, the deadlines (SUE, INAIL) and the draft in Word and PDF.
How it works, in three steps
- Upload the job's documents
- Read first what is missing and what to do
- Download the draft, read it and sign it
On its own, in a flow. Published as a page for the site: the technician uploads the documents at the end of the work and the office receives the draft to sign or the list of what is missing; nothing is signed or sent without you.
The rules it applies
In the agent's own words: what it checks and what it never does.
- Ready to sign, or what is missing, by name
- Thresholds, letters and test limits checked in code
- The DiCo in Word and PDF, every field sourced
- Every total is recalculated from the lines and compared with the printed one; what cannot be read stays empty and is said in the notes, never invented.

The partial redo in Via Saragozza — the report says «positive» but the bathroom reads 0.38 MΩ, and the air-conditioner's DiCo has no date
In Via Saragozza Acme redid the board, the kitchen and the living-room sockets; the bathroom and bedrooms stayed as in 2003, as the client wanted. The technician closed the report with «Esito complessivo: POSITIVO» and a note on the bathroom. The client sent a photo of Elettrica Reno's old DiCo; he cannot find the copy for the air-conditioner line Clima Service redid in 2019. Can it be signed?
The recorded result

Frequently asked questions
Does the agent sign it?
No: the agent prepares the draft in Word and PDF, every field with the document it comes from, and tells you whether it is ready to sign or what is missing. You sign and send it; thresholds, letters and test limits are checked by code.
What does it cost, and how long does it take?
Usually 18–37 credits a job (≈ €0.74–1.53) and 2–4 minutes. It depends on the documents: more pages cost more; the code computes thresholds, limits and dates. The recorded example cost 24 credits in about 2 minutes.
Can it run on its own, in a flow?
Published as a page for the site: the technician uploads the documents at the end of the work and the office receives the draft to sign or the list of what is missing; nothing is signed or sent without you.
Who checks what the agent did?
You do — and it takes a minute, not an afternoon. Every run is a trace: the live timeline, each tool call, each document read, the cost per step, the confidence and sources. Actions that leave the building wait for your approval. The platform never sends, never touches a live store, never moves money.
Where does my data live, and how do you handle GDPR?
Your data is stored in the EU, on one server in Germany. The EU/US data-region setting limits which models an agent can be saved with, not where your data is stored. A no-retention mode and a local runner on your own machine are available. Your plan sets how many days your data is kept — you can change it — and when they run out it is deleted automatically. You download each run's results and delete files, agents and connections in the console; an owner deletes the whole workspace and each person their own account from Settings. The “Your data” page names the services that handle your data.
