F4Finance and administrationMonthly report and cash forecast
The month on one page, and the week the account goes below zero
The month on one page — turnover, collections, overdue, cash, the VAT of the 16th — and the week the account goes below zero, from the files the firm already has.
The problem
The owner looks at the bank balance; the real picture — what was invoiced and collected, what is overdue, how much VAT is due on the 16th, when the account goes below zero — sits in three different files.
Who it is for, and when
- Who it is for
- The owner of a 5–50-person firm who only looks at the bank balance, and the accountant's office that runs its management reporting.
- When
- On the 5th of every month for the month's page; every Monday for the 13-week forecast; before talking to the bank about the credit line.
What you give it, what you get
You give it
The bank export with its balances (CSV, Excel, camt.053), the month's invoices (the tax portal's XML ZIP or the management software's register), the clients' and suppliers' open items and, if there is one, the same month last year — all in one ZIP if you like.
You get
The first line with the month's figures and comparisons, the A4 page as PDF (the lines, overdue by age, the VAT with its date and F24 code, three things to do) and the CSV with every figure's rows; on Mondays the 13-week curve with the reason for the week below zero.
How it works, in three steps
- Upload the month's files, or the last three months' for the forecast
- Read the first line and the three things to do
- Send the PDF to the owner and the accountant
On its own, in a flow. The flows «Cassa dell'anno in una mail», «Riconciliazione notturna» and «Report di cassa da inizio anno, ogni lunedì con firma» run it on the statements already imported; with the month's files arriving by webhook the page is complete. A schedule on the 5th waits for the watched folder.
The rules it applies
In the agent's own words: what it checks and what it never does.
- Every figure by code, with the rows it comes from
- The week the account goes below zero, and why
- The VAT of the 16th, split payment and reverse charge apart
- Every figure in the report is sourced to a row in your data.

March on one page
On 5 April the office of Termoelettrica Santerno — heat pumps and solar, seven employees, near Imola — sends its accountants the usual files in one ZIP: March's bank movements with the balances, the tax portal's download of February's and March's issued and received invoices, the clients' and suppliers' open items, and last year's March VAT sales register. The owner wants to know one thing: how did the month go.
The recorded result
Marzo 2026: fatturato 148.200 € (+12 % su feb, −4 % su mar 2025) · incassato 131.400 · scaduto 61.400 di cui 18.200 > 90 gg · cassa 42.300 · IVA il 16: ≈ 6.640 €
real time 48 s7 credits
Frequently asked questions
Where do the report's figures come from?
Every figure is worked out by code and traced to the rows of your data, with the source CSVs. The VAT on the 16th accounts for split payment and reverse charge.
What does it cost, and how long does it take?
Usually 10–21 credits a month (≈ €0.41–0.87) and up to 2 minutes. It depends on the data: more movements and documents cost more; the figures are code, the model writes only the three sentences. The recorded example cost 14 credits in 60 seconds.
Can it run on its own, in a flow?
The flows «Cassa dell'anno in una mail», «Riconciliazione notturna» and «Report di cassa da inizio anno, ogni lunedì con firma» run it on the statements already imported; with the month's files arriving by webhook the page is complete. A schedule on the 5th waits for the watched folder.
Who checks what the agent did?
You do — and it takes a minute, not an afternoon. Every run is a trace: the live timeline, each tool call, each document read, the cost per step, the confidence and sources. Actions that leave the building wait for your approval. The platform never sends, never touches a live store, never moves money.
Where does my data live, and how do you handle GDPR?
Your data is stored in the EU, on one server in Germany. The EU/US data-region setting limits which models an agent can be saved with, not where your data is stored. A no-retention mode and a local runner on your own machine are available. Your plan sets how many days your data is kept — you can change it — and when they run out it is deleted automatically. You download each run's results and delete files, agents and connections in the console; an owner deletes the whole workspace and each person their own account from Settings. The “Your data” page names the services that handle your data.
