From job sheets to the progress bill or the time-and-materials invoice
At the end of the period the job sheets become what you bill: the SAL of a measured contract — each item's progress on the computo, the retention, the advance and the previous SALs deducted — or the invoice of work in economia, the hours at their rates and the materials at your price list less the agreed discount. A sheet without a signature, on a holiday or of another job is held, never billed.
The problem
At month end the job sheets have to become what you invoice: each item's progress on the bill of quantities with retention, advance and previous bills, or the hours and materials of time-and-materials work. A sheet without a signature or from another site must not reach the invoice.

It is Friday 2 October. Acme Impianti has finished rewiring Giulia Fabbri's flat in Via Andrea Costa, in economia under offer 2026/138: €34 an hour for the operaio specializzato, €29 for the qualificato, the materials from Acme's price list less 15 %, a €25 call-out per working day, 10 % VAT. The office has the week's six yellow job sheets — two on Thursday, one per technician — and the price list exported from the management software: the hours must be added up, 28 material lines priced and the invoice prepared.

What does it do with an unsigned job sheet, or one from a Sunday?
It leaves it under «To check»: a sheet without a signature, from a public holiday or from another site is never invoiced. The progress bill or the draft invoice comes out in Word, PDF and CSV, and nothing is issued or sent.
What does it cost, and how long does it take?
Usually 8–17 credits a period (≈ €0.33–0.70) and up to 2 minutes. It depends on the documents: more sheets, skewed photos and handwriting cost more; the code computes the hours, the amounts and the deductions. The recorded example cost 11 credits in 56 seconds.
