Twelve certificates and 27 employees — 9 positions not covered, the 3 July hire untrained

It is 30 September: Acme Impianti's safety officer has the scan of the certificates three training bodies sent in September — 14 pages, 12 certificates, one fed twice through the scanner, one of a worker who left in July — and the staff workbook: the payroll export of the 27 employees in service, their safety assignments and the dates of the courses on file. They need to know who is untrained, what expires in the next 90 days and which courses to book.
